1. Scope

1.1 These Terms of Use apply to any use of the website provided by WINDHILL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. ("WINDHILL Website"). The Terms of Use may be modified, adjusted or superseded by other terms (such as terms for purchasing products and services). If you log in or do not need to log in to enter or use the WINDHILL website, the terms of use will prevail in their then current version.

1.2 These Terms of Use and Privacy Statement are jointly governed by Chinese law and Singaporean law. As the website server is located in China, network security, information dissemination, and data storage shall comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and the Data Security Law; business transactions conducted in the name of a Singaporean company and user information processing (for users not within China) shall follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the laws of the business location (such as the EU GDPR, US CCPA, etc.).

Emails failing to provide such information will be deemed invalid. We will process requests within 30 working days (unless otherwise specified by law).

3.4 Users should ensure that user information is not obtained by third parties and are responsible for transactions or other activities conducted with their user information. After each login, users should log out on a password-protected web page. If users discover that a third party is improperly using their user information, they should notify WINDHILL of this situation in writing or by email without delay. WINDHILL does not assume any responsibility for the loss or improper use of any user's login information or user information.

Any other obligations of WINDHILL are excluded unless required by law such as product liability law, or intentional or gross negligence, personal injury or death, failure to meet guaranteed characteristics, fraudulent disclosure of defects, or breach of fundamental contractual obligations.

9.2 Although WINDHILL strives to make its website virus-free, it cannot provide any guarantee in this regard. For self-protection purposes, users should take necessary security measures and check for viruses before downloading information, software and documentation. WINDHILL does not assume any responsibility for any user's loss or damage caused by viruses.

10. Export Restrictions
